He was very polite, helpful, did not rush in fact he stayed longer than our appointment was for to ensure we understood our plan for our little boy. Definitely knows his stuff and we are already seeing great differences in our dogs behaviour. I am not a particularly experienced dog owner who took on a rescue dog from Romania with little information about her. She had few skills other than a willingness to learn and please, but also has some unpredictable issues and with Simons help we are starting to address them. He has been so supportive to us all -with e mails, you tube clips, information, recommendations about appropriate equipment and articles to read to help us understand. Not to mention a lot of much needed support and kind words. Which can not be understated how important they are when you feel like you are struggling.
We paid for the initial one to one session where we got lots of practical training with the understanding behind why this way works. I loved the fact no dog chooses to get scared any more than we do but we can all learn how to deal with it better. A journey for all of us in life. The session was definitely value for money.
